No, you can just get a ticket from one of our vending points in the city centre - Biercafé Fiere Margriet - Chocolatier bittersweet - Boekencafé De Dry Coppen - Temmerman Confiserie Leuven. On Sundays and holidays it is possible to buy your ticket directly from the guide, before the start of the walk.

A Leuven Walk costs € 8 for adults, € 6 for students, € 5 for children between 10 and 16 and is free for children under 10.

Everybody. However, we recommend groups from 10 people to contact us and reserve a tour a few weeks in advance. At any given time we can reserve the right to, if things get too busy, deny groups larger then 10 persons to participate in the scheduled walks.
Are Leuven Walks accessible to persons with disabilities?
The scheduled walks are not standard accessible to wheelchair users or other persons with disabilities. Contact us for a tailor-made Leuven Walk: based on you advice we can design a most suitable tour.

1.) Programmed walks
Group size:
- Since walks are open to everyone, the group that participates in a programmed Leuven Walk can be small or large. However, the vending points and guides do reserve at all times the right, in times of large crowds, not to sell tickets to groups of over 10 people, thus denying them participation in a walk. Groups of more than 10 persons are advised to request a walk through leuvenwalks.com.
Tickets:
- Students who wish to obtain the student rate must show a valid student card.
- Anyone who wants to participate in a walk needs to have a ticket. Tickets have to be shown to the guide before the walk.
- The loss of the tear strip makes a Leuven Walks ticket invalid.
- Leuven Walks tickets are not refundable, so not even in bad weather conditions. There is one exception: in the case of the unlikely event that there is no guide waiting for a scheduled walk, tickets can be refunded at a vending point.
- Leuven Walks tickets have no expiration date. After purchase, they remain valid for a single use.

- Leuven Walks start punctually at the scheduled time. The guide will wait for no one.
- Leuven Walks always take place, regardless of the weather conditions.
